Organization

Peach’s leadership philosophy and operational organization strives to be even, flexible and near to the market. The company is organized in parallel to the real estate value chain of development, execution and central services departments.

The development department is led by Rahmen Rahmenzadeh, responsible for the planning, architectural design and construction management of projects from inception to completion.

The execution department, headed by Bruno Birrer, takes over projects from the development department as soon as projects are signed. The department is composed of project managers responsible for planning, architects, designers and construction managers responsible for supervising construction.

The Investment Management department is led by Mirco Riondato, MRICS, responsible for originating and structuring project financing.

The central services department includes finance and marketing. Ruedi Adler oversees Peach’s balance sheet, financial controlling, tax issues and other financial responsibilities. Joel Blom is responsible for the Company’s strategic marketing and marketing communications.
